You agree to use Snaply only for lawful purposes and for content you have the right to upload. You may not use the app to create illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. Subject to applicable law, you own the generated outputs you create with Snaply.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Snaply Pro billing is managed by Apple. Prices and renewals follow your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Service Limitations

Snaply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by AI and may require your review before publication. You are responsible for final compliance with marketplace requirements, including Amazon policies.
